Background

Amundsen Brands AS has sold omega-3 products in and outside of Norway since 2006. For trading over the internet via www.amundsenshop.com the following conditions shall apply;

Prices

All prices are in British Pounds and does not include VAT. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees. Total price including shipping costs does not include local taxes, and this might apply depending on the country.

Purchase

A purchase is only valid when the customer has received an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided. Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Confirmation takes place within 24 hours after Amundsen Brands has received an order. Please check the confirmation to make sure everything is correct.

Should anything be wrong or if you have any questions, please do contact customer service immediately. Make sure to keep the order confirmation for your records, and incase you have any questions for customer service. 

If you want to change or cancel an order please contact customer services immediately. Packages will only be sent out during the week, so incase you email us during the weekend or holidays we will still be able to stop or change your shipment.
 
Secure Payment

When ordering you pay by creditcard. Online payment is safe,  and we do not keep your card details. Amundsen Brands uses a card payment system from DIBS which is designed to protect the customer. All transactions are conducted via SSL (SecureSocketLayer) and is encrypted, providing´good security.

When Changing your Mind

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within seven working days.This seven-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. However, you must cover the cost of shipping. Return address can be found on the original packaging or in the customer service section of this website. The package must be unopened and unused for us to approve the return.We will refund your card the total sum within 30 days as by EU law when we have approved your return.

Complaints

Is the product damaged or incorrect / missing, you have full warranty. Please contact customer service as soon as possible. If you have not receieved you product within 30 days, please contact us for a re-delivery or a refund.
